General Info
There isn't much to this project other than the surface level result. After seeing a similar idea on an ad, I decided to fabricate myself one. The process involved designing a 9 layer display and exporting the drawing to a laser cutter, followed by the construction of the frame. Designing the display was challenging and fun, requiring artistic, and CAD skills. The display required integrity and openings for light in its design.

The drawings for the lamp were a challenge to construct and envision. Overlapping 9 layers proved difficult to imagine and further in design. Not only did the display need to be aesthetically appealing, but structurally sound. Every detail of these drawings was taken into consideration and engineered to allow as much light through every pane
